1. Digital Product Notice
ElevoraPrep provides digital exam preparation access, including online tools, exam simulators, games, cards, study resources, and related materials. Because digital access can be used immediately after purchase, refund rules are limited.
2. General Refund Rule
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the timing of the request, whether the account has used paid content, and whether there was a technical issue that prevented access.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- When the user has already accessed or used paid materials significantly.
- When the issue is caused by incorrect email entry, forgotten login details, or user device/browser problems that can be fixed by support.
- When the user changes their mind after receiving access.
- When the subscription period has already expired.
4. Eligible Review Cases
- Duplicate payment by mistake.
- Payment completed but access was not activated and support could not resolve it.
- Major platform technical issue that prevents use of the purchased plan.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund review, contact support with your name, registered email, payment date, plan name, and reason for the request.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and the user’s bank or card issuer.
7. Plan Changes and Upgrades
If upgrade options are available, Premium users may be able to upgrade to Pro according to the platform’s current pricing and rules.
