2. Independent Platform
ElevoraPrep is an independent exam preparation platform. It is not affiliated with PMI or any certification body. Certification names may be used for identification and preparation purposes only.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
- You must provide accurate registration and payment information.
- You may not share paid access with others unless explicitly allowed in writing.
4. Use of Materials
All content, questions, games, cards, tools, text, design, and digital materials are provided for personal exam preparation use only. Copying, reselling, distributing, scraping, or reproducing content without permission is prohibited.
5. No Exam Guarantee
ElevoraPrep provides preparation tools and practice materials. We do not guarantee that any user will pass an exam. Exam success depends on the user’s study effort, experience, readiness, and exam conditions.
6. Payments and Access
Paid plans provide access according to the plan selected and the active subscription period. Access may expire automatically at the end of the subscription period.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and stable, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates, security checks, or third-party services.
8. Prohibited Use
- Attempting to hack, bypass, or abuse the platform.
- Sharing account credentials or paid materials publicly.
- Using automated tools to extract content.
- Uploading malicious files or harmful content.
9. Changes to Services
We may add, remove, update, or modify features, tools, access rules, prices, or plan details as needed for business, technical, or security reasons.
