No. ElevoraPrep is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with PMI or any certification body. Our tools are designed for preparation and practice only.
The Free Sample is a limited access gate that lets you try selected online tools before choosing a paid plan. It may include sample simulator questions, one learning game, and certificate cards.
No. You can create a free account and access the Free Sample first. Paid access is optional and can be purchased later.
Premium is designed for focused preparation. It includes more practice access than the Free Sample and may include question banks, selected tools, and performance review features. The exact table can be adjusted based on the final plan rules.
Pro is the complete access level. It is intended to include the widest access to exam simulators, games, cards, case studies, study tools, performance review, and expert tips.
Paid access is currently planned as a 60-day access period. This can be adjusted later based on the final commercial policy.
Yes. The platform is designed to allow Premium users to upgrade to Pro. The upgrade rules and price difference can be finalized in the plan table.
Click Login in the header and enter the email and password you used during registration. After login, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
Open the Login page and click Forgot password. Enter your registered email and check your inbox or spam folder for the reset link.
New domain emails may sometimes go to spam until the domain gains reputation and email settings such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are fully configured.
After a successful payment, you should see a confirmation page and receive a payment confirmation email. Your dashboard should also show your active plan.
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Available card and payment methods may depend on Stripe settings and the user’s country.
Yes. The website is designed to work on mobile and desktop. However, full exam simulation is usually better on a laptop or desktop screen.
No. ElevoraPrep provides practice questions and exam-style learning tools. We do not provide real exam questions or copyrighted exam content.
When paid access expires, the system can move the user back to Free Sample access and send expiry notifications by email.
After login, open My Subscription from the student account bar. It shows the current plan, status, expiry date, and available options.
Yes. After login, open Profile to update your name, email, or password when this option is available.
ElevoraPrep is designed to support multiple international certification exams, including PMP and other project management-related certifications. More certificate pages can be added as they are ready.
